Adam was quite pleased as he left his quarters. The day had been quite a success so far. The mission had been a piece of cake, he'd written his report in record time. He'd spend some time doing target practise and then went to the gym. In about half an hour he had a date with Kate, but he wanted to check in with Peter Grodin first.

Jack glanced at his watch and closed down the video player. He just didn't have the attention span today. It was still a bit early, but he was hungry and Carson had called and said he was back from the Mainland so he could plan on lunch.
